From project brief to agreed production details

  1. Share the brief

    Describe your business, phone models, estimated quantities, number of designs, delivery destination, and preferred timing. An estimate is fine for the first conversation.

  2. Ask for a feasibility review

    Confirm which case options and artwork requirements apply. If you need a physical sample, color matching, special packaging, or customer-direct shipping, identify that requirement before requesting a final quote.

  3. Agree the quote and approvals

    Before committing, obtain written confirmation of the specification, sample or proof process, quantity, price, payment terms, and production and delivery expectations. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or reserve production capacity.

What to include in a phone case printing brief

  • Exact device models: list each generation and size; similar model names do not establish compatibility.
  • Case requirements: describe the desired blank, finish, protection features, or magnetic compatibility so the team can confirm availability. Do not assume these are standard.
  • Artwork: provide the number of designs and whether designs change by item. Ask for the correct print template and file specifications before finalizing artwork.
  • Placement: note logos, text, and areas that must remain visible around camera cutouts. A retail mockup is not a production approval.
  • Order plan: separate quantities by model and design, and explain any recurring or print-on-demand requirements.
  • Delivery: share the destination country and ZIP code, desired arrival date, and any packaging needs. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Please use only artwork you own or have permission to print. Do not include payment details, customer address lists, or confidential artwork in an initial inquiry. Ask the team how to provide production files after the project has been discussed.

Where can I buy one of your retail designs?

Use the brand directory to choose a storefront. Retail purchases, live product choices, shipping, and returns are handled on the selected store, separately from business printing quotes.
