Move from a quote to a specific order
First compare suppliers using the same assumptions. Our quote comparison guide covers that decision. Once you select a proposal, avoid approving a general phrase such as “the phone cases we discussed.” Put the exact configuration and the documents you reviewed into one written record. If a field is missing, mark it open rather than filling it with an assumption.
This checklist is a purchasing tool, not a statement that any particular material, minimum quantity, proofing method or delivery date is available. Those terms depend on the supplier's written response to your project.
Build an approval record someone else can audit
| Field | What to write down | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Case configuration | Exact phone models, case style, material and finish, if confirmed | A design name alone does not identify a physical case |
| Artwork version | File name, version or date, placement notes, and who owns usage rights | A revised file can look similar while changing the approved print |
| Variant quantities | Units for each model and artwork combination | A total quantity can hide a different mix of variants |
| Review evidence | Which digital view or other proof was reviewed, and its limits | A screen view does not establish final color or all physical details |
| Commercial terms | Written price basis, taxes, freight, payment terms and destination | A unit figure may exclude material charges or delivery |
| Timing and acceptance | Any agreed milestones, approval owner and discrepancy process | Unstated deadlines and remedies should not be inferred |
For artwork preparation before this stage, use the artwork brief guide. Record what the supplier actually confirmed. Do not treat this worksheet as an automatic purchase order or a supplier acceptance.
Handle a change without losing the baseline
After approval, a changed phone model, case finish, print file, destination or quantity may affect feasibility, price or timing. Name the proposed change, identify the earlier approved version, and ask for a revised written response. Keep both records. Do not assume that a message attaching a new file silently replaces an approved file or that a quote for one mix of variants applies to another.
Useful change note: “Please replace artwork version A with version B for [specific model and quantity]. Confirm the new price basis, any timing effect, and which approval view we should review before release.”
What to settle with OneTwo before a business project
OneTwo Tech Inc. operates phone case UV printing at its Walnut and Chino, California facilities. That location fact does not establish where the blank case originated or which project terms are available. See our U.S. phone case UV printing page for the confirmed locations and inquiry route.
Send your model list, artwork brief, expected quantities by variant, destination and the questions still open to support@moodincase.com. Ask the team to confirm case options, artwork review, pricing, timing and order acceptance for this specific request. No fixed minimum, production lead time, shipping arrangement or proofing service is promised by this guide.
If you are still comparing vendors, start with the quote guide. If your concern is the meaning of a U.S. printing claim, read where a phone case is actually printed.
